INTRODUCTION

The Hôtel de la Cité is ideally situated to host small business meetings, seminars and exclusive incentives in a unique and unforgettable decor. A wide range of activities such as medieval banquets with minstrels and jugglers, medieval tournaments, regional wine-tastings or barge trips on the Canal du Midi can be organised on request.

The Hôtel de la Cité features three meeting rooms with excellent audio-visual equipment including large screens, VCRs, a digital overhead projector and photocopier. The gardens, the patio or the Salon de la Tour are ideal for hosting cocktails and receptions for up to 250 guests.

The hotel is as renowned for its wine cellar as for its gourmet restaurant La Barbacane, which can seat up to 100 guests for private dining. For more informal dining, Chez Saskia opens for lunch and dinner. Its garden restaurant, Le Jardin de l'Evêque, is ideal for dining al fresco during the summer months or for simply enjoying a leisurely coffee in your meeting break under the marquee.
