The Duval-Leroy Trophy - Best Young Sommelier in France

Apprentice sommelier at the restaurant La Barbacane at Hôtel de la Cité and studying at the ICF School of Hotellery in Béziers, Baptiste Ross-Bonneau took part in this year’s nationwide competition Best Young Sommelier in France, held every two years by the UDSF (Union de la sommellerie Française) in association with the Champagne producers Duval-Leroy.
